The comparison

Revify vs TattooPro: what this covers.

If you are comparing Revify vs TattooPro, you are looking at two options made for tattoo studios. TattooPro is tattoo studio management software with booking, consent forms, deposits, a point of sale with its own payments, commissions, a leads pipeline and reviews.

Revify pairs InkedIn Tools, the booking app built by tattooers, with Revify Payments for card payments at the counter.

This page covers what each one offers, what the plans cost and who each one tends to fit. We checked TattooPro's public website, pricing page and payments page on October 1, 2026. Pricing changes, so confirm the details on each provider's site before you decide.

Two different starting points

TattooPro serves tattoo and piercing studios, from small shops to multi-artist studios, with custom plans for more artists or locations. Its plans are priced per location and step up by team size and features.

Revify is tattoo-first, not tattoo-only. It was co-founded by tattoo shop owners, including a co-founder of Made To Last Tattoo, and it is based in Charlotte, NC. InkedIn Tools is part of Revify, so booking and payments work together, with the deposit at booking and the balance at checkout on the same system.

Pricing

What each one costs.

Both start at $99 a month, but the plans are built differently. TattooPro steps up by team size and features. InkedIn Tools has one plan with every feature included.

TattooPro plans

Per TattooPro's pricing page on October 1, 2026, prices are per location:

  • Professional, $99/mo for 1-2 calendars.
  • Growth, $199/mo for up to 5 artists, with commissions, reviews, a lead manager and roles.
  • Ultimate, $349/mo with unlimited artists, advanced reporting, custom automations and priority support.

TattooPro offers custom plans for more artists or locations, and a 14-day free trial.

Revify plans

Revify vs TattooPro on payments

TattooPro runs payments through its own processing. Its FAQ says TattooPro does not support third-party payment processing services. Per its payments page, the rate is a flat 2.99% + 15¢, and buy now, pay later is 4.99% + 33¢.

Hardware options include a full POS kit with a Samsung tablet, stand and reader, a smart Android reader and a mobile reader.

Revify Payments uses dual pricing, which is a different model from a flat per-transaction rate. Your shop posts a cash price and a card price. Both show on every receipt, and the client chooses how to pay.

Revify sets up dual pricing to card-network rules, along with the signage, receipts and terminal. On card sales, your shop earns up to 0.75% Monthly Cash-back, paid monthly. Estimate what your shop would earn in the savings calculator.

Fit

Who each one fits.

The better fit depends on how big your team is, which features you need and how you want card payments to work.

TattooPro can be a good fit if

  • You want commissions, a lead manager and staff roles inside your studio software. TattooPro lists them on the Growth plan.
  • You want gift cards and inventory tracking in the same tool.
  • You want advanced reporting and custom automations, which come with the Ultimate plan.
  • You like a single flat card rate and are happy to use TattooPro's own payments.
  • You want a full POS kit with a tablet and stand.

Revify can be a good fit if

  • You want every booking feature at one price for the whole shop: booking link, deposits, consent forms, one inbox, reminders, aftercare, review requests, missed-call text-back, website builder, email marketing, mobile app, and Google Calendar and QuickBooks sync.
  • You want to post a cash price and a card price, and earn up to 0.75% Monthly Cash-back on card sales.
  • You want a free terminal while you process with Revify, next-day funding and no long-term contract.
  • Your shop processes $10,000 or more a month in card sales, so InkedIn Tools is $0 a month.
  • You want help with setup, from signage to receipts to the terminal.

Looking for a TattooPro alternative?

Shops that look for a TattooPro alternative are often weighing two things: what the software costs as the team grows, and how card payments are priced.

If card pricing is your focus, read how Revify Payments works and see the free equipment options. If booking features matter most, the tattoo booking app page walks through InkedIn Tools, and the consent forms page covers digital consent.
